Click the Chrome menu icon Chrome menu.
Select Settings.
Near the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
In the Privacy section, click Content settings.
Enable cookies:
- To enable cookies, select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
Click Done to save.

Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider,at least, one step down to allow cookies, and then click OK.

Open your Firebox browser.
Click the Firefox button at the top left of the browser window.
Click "Options".This will open up a new Options window.
Click "Privacy"
Set "Firefox will..." to "Remember history" if you want to enable all cookies. Click "OK" when you're done.

Choose Safari Preferences, and then click Privacy.
In the Block cookies section, specify if and when Safari should accept cookies from websites. To see an explanation of the options, click the Help button (question mark).
If you want to see which websites store cookies on your computer, click Details. If you set Safari to block cookies, you may need to temporarily accept cookies to open a page. Repeat the above steps, selecting Never. When you are done with the page, block cookies again, and then remove the cookies of the page.
